When we found our dream home, waterfront, pool, gorgeous inside and out, and somehow checked every single box on a list we’d convinced ourselves was unrealistic, we knew we couldn’t afford to play it cool. Jessica put together an offer that was sharp, strategic, and competitive enough to actually close the deal. Her negotiation skills are something to behold. She knows when to push, when to hold, and when to throw in the kind of detail that makes a seller pick your offer over the others. I love negotiating and have been told I’m hard to impress, and I was genuinely impressed.

Close to closing, an outstanding permit issue with the pool’s electrical work looked to derail the dream purchase. Most people would’ve panicked. Jessica didn’t even break stride. She knew exactly who to call and how to navigate the situation with the seller’s realtor (the seller was out of town!) and best of all kept us calm. What could have easily derailed the whole thing became a footnote in the story, thanks entirely to her.

What I appreciated most, though, was that Jessica clearly loves the service side of her job. This wasn’t transactional for her. She wanted us in the right house, on the right terms, with our sanity intact. After years of buying and selling over my military career, I can tell when someone’s just collecting a commission versus someone who actually cares. Jessica firmly, refreshingly cares.

Victoria is by far the best agent I could have asked for. She was always on the lookout to find us the best house for the best price and she always went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. She’s very attentive and she was always there night or day to answer any questions we had. I’ve worked with other agents in the past but Victoria has really blown us away. We were moving from Louisiana to Virginia. We had made a trip to Virginia to house hunt but was unable to find something suitable at that time. When all was said and done I had to rely on her expertise and honesty to find us a home without us seeing it myself. She came through perfectly. The house she found was in a great area and is perfect for what we need. We would use her again as she made the process smooth despite the bumps.
